WOW Where has the time gone.

Ok for starters, i want to say im very sorry for leaving you all high and dry with out your Bluecup. I've just been VERY VERY busy. I was in Aria De Capo playing the personification of a Greek Tragedy. And well now i'm signed on to do the Jungle Book. I play Sher Khan. Which i has to say im freaking out b/c a)I've never played a villain, and 2)I really have no faith in my acting skills. Oh but heres some very nice news, I'm going to be moving in with Jerry. I have to go home for Christmas, but ill be back for News Years. I think i have to through a party for that, and planning parties have never really been my forte. A good party for me is people i know doing pretty much nothing. Watching B-movies, just hanging out. Ive never been one for gathers. But oh well, at least there will be fire works. Fires always a good conversation starter. "OH MY GOD YOUR ON FIRE." You really cant go wrong with that. Well i know its not a good post like my other ones but at least i can do a TOP 5

5)Blitzen Trapper - This song is Furr it really is a nice song and it makes me love Americana a little more.

4)Brian Dettmer - There's a part of me that loves and some what doesn't love this. Oh i think it looks AWESOME but those books had to die. I just like it when book are mistreated. Still pretty though.

3)William Shakespeare - I'm actually starting to appreciate him a little more now

2)How I became Stupid - This is a book for those of you out there that just want to stop thinking. For the ppl that just feel like you cant stop thinking and would like to read about someone who has the same problem.

1)Teachers - because where would we be with out them.

I Do. Do You?

Hello one and all. Its Sunday night as i write this, so Monday when you read this. Well the past week has come and gone. Taking its good and bad. And now, this week starts with bad. So lets get down to BAD. Weddings. What do you think about them? I just got back from one this weekend. Who might you ask? Well the newly MR. and Mrs. Joshua and Monica Larson. Josh is an old friend of mine from my nursing days. We took microbiology together, and well now he's married. Kudos to him for taking the BIG plug. Id like to say if there is one thing this weekend has done, well its opened my eyes to the reality. Weddings suck. I know. I know. they're nice and pretty and all full of love. But dang it, its a huge hassle for a 20 min service. 3 hours if you get married in a cathloic church. Pray to your saint that you dont get a catholic wedding. There's all these emotions and payments to deal with. I can barely handle my emotions and payments now. And unless your not in it, what really is the point of going. You dont know anyone there and your really just goin for the food. Josh's big day wasnt that tiring. As a member of the party, you dont really have to do all that much, but leading up to the day, well they ask you to do alot. You have to make sure the seats are were there supposed to be(it was an outdoor wedding, very nice). You have to see if the groom has his rings. Funny story on that. My cousin JR(who has today's recommendation) got married last year, and well i was his best man(of course). Well the big day finally came, and we were getting ready. I set out his suite(it was white, very nice), and shined his shoes, finally it was time to get the rings. Well low and behold, the rings were nowhere to be found. I was freaking out. We tore that house up looking looking for the damned rings. And nothing. If there is one thing i want in life it is my cousins cool head. It wasnt my wedding and I was about to pee my pants out of fear that he had lost the rings. Thats right i was scared that HE had lost the rings. So we call up my aunt(his mother) and ask her if she had seen the rings when she came by the other day, and she was all "yeah i have the rings, i took them so you wouldnt lose them". Thats what i mean you have to deal with heart stopping moments. You have to make sure they have everything ready and perfect. Its they're special day, and it should be perfect. -pause-(im writing the pause for dramatic effect) Yeah it should be perfect. -pause- It should go on without a hitch. And if no one is there to freak out for them, then who will. -pause- You know i just had an epiphany. I love weddings. I really do. I like the planning, the precision, and perfection. Its like a sleek fighter jet waiting to blast singleness out of the sky. The unity candle isnt up BAM I take off my shirt and light it on fire. The ring bearer kid wont stand still up front BOOM I give him a Tylenol PM and he's out for 8 hours. The caterer didnt brought salmon instead of chicken KABLAMO I punch him in the face and slash his tires for not getting it right. Larson's wedding had its few shears of moments, but if it wasnt for the people to freak out for them, then the wedding wouldnt have happened. I use to say that i hatted weddings b/c it took alot out of you. But ive come to realize is that i love them for that very reason. So this is a note out to all my close friends. If your having a wedding, include me. I love to freak out about stuff that i have no need or purpose to get work up about. I will kick ass and take names. I will take no prisoners.

TOP 5
5. Colby O'Donis - So i dont really go for one hit wonders, but man this was my JAMM this last summer. I couldnt turn on the radio whit out hearing this song, and finally it grew on me. Id come on and bam id become that guy that pulls up to the red light singing his heart out. You know, youve done it too.

4. Mondays - Well i kinda hate mondays, but just think, once there over, then you have a whole week to get back to them. Plus who doesnt love hearing the Bangles.

3. The H is O - Just watch and laugh. You know you need to laugh

2. Withnail and I - I found this movie by sheer chance. My friend and I were having a hard time picking a movie to rent. so we grab a movie that nether of us had any connection to and well now i love this movie to the point where its on my top ten. I love it

1. Chris Farley - If there is one man that i think should be in all our top 1 its Chris Farley. That man was it. He was funny beyond funny and is always missed. Chris i love you and even after your death you make me laugh to the point where i wet my pants. Laugh cus he wanted you to. 1 2 3 and of course 4

Well today's recommendation comes from my very fav person in the whole wide world Mr. Jr Diaz. He has a real name but i cant spell it. "I recommend that we all join the fight against the cure of rabies. I have a dream that one day we can live in a rabid world one day. In todays world too many jobs are being lost. Doctors are curing new forms of rabies everyday, and people end up losing thier jobs, so lets stop the curing of rabies. I want to make a center where we can take rabies and take it to the next level. Where it wont just infect animals and humans, but plants also." I'd like to say that i fully and utterly endorse this cause. I give this recommendation a 6.1 out of 5 Love you all and remember to do your part and feed an Indy band member. Thier people also.

Burning the Midnight Oil at 5:07

Well like the title says, its 5:07, and my day has finished. Oh wait i still have play practice. Yeah im in play. Again. My very good friend Jerry is putting it together and it is something else. I dont get the play, but its always fun to be in plays. So its been a while since ive updated and im very sorry for that. But lets get back into the swing of things. I feel that you and I are at the point in our relationship where we can just pick up where we left off. So with out further adieu. Finally there is a new SModcast . Ive waited and waited and finally Kevin and Scott. Every time they post a new one, im just like pavlov's dog, i salivate when ever that bell of a post is rung. This one funny (as they always are) but this time it was Scott who took up most of the time. I actually enjoy Scott more now that Kevin is kinda turning into a pott head. Its not that i dont like pott heads its just that i find Mosier funnier. Hes the man behind the fat one. Not a really hard feat. This week the main story was about almost getting eaten by a shark . Which if you followed smdcast any, youd know that Kevin has a GIANT fear of sharks. I have to follow the fat man on this one. Just stay out of water, and until they can walk on land i really cant worry too much. But the you do have to worry about land sharks . So lately Luke, Robert, (sometimes) Jerry and I have been watching horror movies in the spirt of All Hallows Eve, and boy do i love it. People if you get a chance this month, make one of your weekends a monster movie marathon. Nothing but you, the TV and the crazy blood drinking monster behind you. Sometimes i feel thats what heavens going to be like. Ill get to the pearly gates and St Peter will be all "Roberto for the work you did curing cancer and AIDS, here is your gift". And then he opens up the gates and inside waiting for me is every B-movie ever made. I shed a single tear, b/c i know this is right. Maybe one day, maybe. The last true b-movie i saw was Troll 2 and it brought me back to my glory days. The days when id troll (pun intended) the bargain dollar movie bins looking for that right movie that would make me want to kill myself after. Well im pretty sure you all know this by know and i really am scared of becoming a record on repeat. Speaking of which. Im going to start buying vinyl . Luke started buying and now i feel its something i should also. Ill tell you how it all goes next Monday (hopefully). And now to the part you came here for. This weeks top five.

5. Jet Packs - At what point did we give up on the dream? At what point did we say "Hey you know let give up on the idea of personal flying machines"? Humanity, SHAME. This was supposed to be my future. This was supposed to be my reality. I was supposed to wake up every morning, eat some breakfast, kiss my kids and wife goodbye, and then strap on my Turbo Lift 9000. Then as i was heading to work some guy would cut me off on the sky highway. I would get to work and tell Murphy who bad the fliers have gotten. Now ill never get that. Now Murphy will never get to hear my stories. How sad.

4. Scott Pilgrim - There arent many things that get me. The real essences of me. Well there are bears, but thats later. But there is Scott Pilgrim. I nice little story that tells the tale of a 23 year old man (OH MY GOD im 23) who falls for a mysterious woman. The problem comes when he most defeat her 7 evil ex boyfriends to finally be with her. Its like someone took my life and put woords to it. Then they drew it. Then they published it, then i bought it. Its a really nice story which you should invest time into.

3. Rangers - I ask you, what is the most beautiful thing you can think of? Ill wait till you think of something. Got it? Well now punch it in the stomach cus nothing can compare to the 2008 Ford Ranger. What can i say, nothing is more sexy, bold and has sooooo much in-your-faceness. Granted yes there are cars out there and society say are more pretty, but i dont roll that way. Ladies you know what im talking about.

2. Doctor Who - WOW did you all see the end of series 4. What can i say the Doctor IS in. Man I love this show. I just love how many people in Harding have learned to love the show like i have. I like to think of myself as the one who started all the Doctor love. Yeah im going to go out on a limb and say i started it all. It was me. I cant explain the show to you in a few sentences (An alien man travels through time and space solving problems. wow i actually can.) So i ask you to take some time out of your busy schedule and watch an episode. You wont regret it.

1. Bears - Ok i think we all saw this one coming. I really dont think i have to explain to you why bears are in the number one spot this week. They just are. Ever since Luke gave me the toy bear ive had them on my mind.

So now we get to the point in our show where i put a recommendation from one of my friends. Todays recommendation comes from Jess Briggs. She'd like us all to head over to Live Journal "I'm on it all the time. It takes up most of my life." I cant personally say that ive used it (seeing how im using this one) so ill give this recommendation 2 out of 5. Try it and see. Tell me what you think. Well untill next time i see you. Please do you part, save a bear. Kisses.

Today I Told Lilly Everything (theres a secret message, can you find it)

Well Ello all old and new BCBers. Its sunday so im glad your here with me and ready to dive into the world of things that slightly matter to things that impact our everydaylife. So go on and get ready for bed, ill wait while you go and put on your PJs. Done? Ok i guess i can start. So this past week was kinda uneventful, i did manage to have a free firday and that was AWSOME, what did i do with it, well i went VHS hunting. For those of you who dont me too well ill clue you in. I love VHS films. I love the poor quality, the tracking, and everything else about it. I know thats a little strange but dont give me that cus each and everyone of you out there has a one strange thing that no one else gets. And well i love VHS movies, but i guess i should explane more. I enjoy the experiance of watching B-rated (B movies are movies that are really crappy, you know what im talking about), and B moives are the best when watched on vhs. But i just dont buy chessy horror movie, of old sci-fi movies i also like to buy bad melodramas, bad thrillers, just about any poor movie made before 1995. So i look and hunt for movies that have sliped through he cracks of time and have been placed in the 99 cent bins and left to the buzzards. Its kinda funny but i like to think of myself as a care taker for these movies, cus all these movies are liked endangered animals on there lst life. What kinda of world would we live in if there is no Attack of the Crab Monsters, C.H.U.D., Death Ship, and Invasion of the Animal People(alot of the b movies i watch tend to come from the 80s and 90s cus apparently everyone thought they were Steven Spielberg). I dont know what kinda that is, and i never want to find out. So if you are like me, and enjoy a very poorly made movie even do you part and save a B-movie (paid for by the BMovie Makers of America). I ask how can you not want to go out your nonchain movie store and go rent a cheesy monster movie, thats all i do around Halloween. I use to not like this holiday cus i never really understood it. You could do two things: Scare someone, or give/take candy. Even after reading what its all about (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloween) i still a little confused. Growing up Mexican we had something similar but not similar to halloween. Its call Day of the Dead. Its when everybody goes to the gaveyard and places food on the graves of your dearly departed. I know that sounds a whole lot crazier then dressing up for candy, but just bare with me. So you put out the food for the dead and then the dead come back to enjoy the food. Now dont think i belive this one bit, far from it. I see it more as a national day to and remember your loved ones. But i still think halloween is crazier. But this halloween ill be comming off a HUGE buzz that is the Fullmoon Horror Convention being held in Little Rock. It will be awsome cus ill finally get to meet Joe Bob Briggs. If i had to look back on my life and pick a mentor id have to say its him, he and Elvira where the ones to get me down this B-movie path. Anyway hes going to be there and i cant wait till its Saturday. This is another reason im getting all my Halloween talk out of the way cus the next BCB post will be about the weekend. And you know ill be takeing pictures of all things creepy and scarey, costume people, and famouse celebs. Im only really going to see three people but if i see othere ill be happy: Tony Todd, Micheal Berryman, and Joe Bob Briggs. I would have loved to meet http://www.fullmoonconvention.com/Horror_Con_Celebs.html. And you know ill be updateing my Zune (notice how i totally dont that huge hint) to have me meeting them. Oh so you noticed my Zune. hahaha. I have to say this is my new fav toy right now. I know everybody goes with the iPod and dont get me wrong i had one but the Zune is a little bit more fun. They both do the same job, and they both have the same amout of memory. Im just tired of everyone telling me how much more better anything Apple is. So i tried a Zune and i love it. I think i like the pictur aspect a lot. I still getting use to the interface but ill get it. Look there is one clear winner in this fight. One good reason i got the zune was b/c it was a whole lot cheaper, right now the zune is at about $100. I could even get a 4 gig iPod for that much. The one i bought has 30 gigs. So heres the skinny. Everyone use to hate the Zune cus it hardly let you play anyother format then WMA, so microsoft comes out with the zune2 and fixes that where you can listen and watch other formats. Good, fine ill get one, but they surprise everyone by saying that you really dont have to buy the new Zune 2, if you want to just update your old zune to have the zune2 software. So with all the old zunes going donw in price and having a good amount of storage, how could i not buy one. http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/zune/firstgen-zune-getting-all-the-new-features-this-is-how-you-treat-your-customers-306422.php. So if you have an Ipod, great. If you have a zune, great. Its the same product, just in a different package. Time for Top 5. Well actually we have a Top 5 +1 today, just go with it.

6) Boots - http://www.zappos.com/gs/boots.shtml
On thursday my parents sent me one of my old pair of boots o left back home. Oh how i missed them. Its like finding a lost famliy member who looks awsome with anything you wear. If you dont have a pair, then i suggest you forget about the whole should i buy an ipod o Zune and buy yourself a pair of good old dead cow. Everytime you put on a pair of boots an angle gets its wings.
5)Elvira Mistress of the Dark - http://www.elvira.com/
So if i had to say who was my first girlfriend, id have to say it was Elvira. I can remember watching late night Movie Macabre, and thinking id marry her one day. Well now im 22 and she 58 and its kinda creepy to think of us getting married, but its still fun to watch the old episodes.
4)Race for the Cure - http://ww5.komen.org/home/
Now how ever you read this Top 5 you might think im wired. Elvira is more important then cancer? well your reading too much into this list. All item on this list are equally if not more important then the next. The race was this past saturday. I didnt get to run in the 5k this time but come next year ill be ready and in pink for the gun to go off. Its a really good cause. For thoes who dont know almost 200,000 women will be diagnosed with breat cancer, and 40,000 of them will die of it. So do your part and help out this great cuase.
3)Dancing - Just watch the links, do i need to say more
http://youtube.com/watch?v=WVYPSz6tWsg Salsa
http://youtube.com/watch?v=jmby9J42OfE Tango (one of my persona favs)
http://youtube.com/watch?v=JsfkJCN5L0g I think this is Merengue
2) Manu Chao - http://www.rollingstone.com/artists/manuchao
Go to the little gray box with a few of his tracks and youll understand why he's on the list tonight. I found him on this one website that lets you download whole albums and im glad i did. If you can understand Spanish, French, and Portugues then youll really love this CD. Dont be scared b/c of all the languages give it a real try.
1)Music Blogs - http://robinhoodofindiemusic.blogspot.com/
I have been have a ball downloading off this one website. Now with my new Zune in hand, ill have to get a whole other new hard drive. It helps if you have a rapidshare account, because yes you can download with out an account but you can only download once a day. And you better have WinRAR to extract the music, so it take a little know how about computers. so get your best computer buddy and ask them to explane the ends and outs of donwloading music. Now on to this weeks recomendation.

Recomendation of this week goes to my very good friend Jerry LaFevers, and he has this to "I recomend a Holga. How does one describe a Holga. Ah yes plastic gold." Ok this it a little new, i want to explain what hes talking about. A Holga is a picture camera. Its is the worst made camera in the world. And at the same time it is the most awsome camera in the world (theres a differance in "made" and "awsome") The reason Me and Jerry love this camera so much is b/c it takes some of the most unique pictures. Go here http://shop.lomography.com/holga/galleries/ and check out all this camera can do and i bet youll want to get one also. You'll "Learn to Look"

Movies movies everywhere and not a drop to drink.

So here it finally is. Sorry i didnt update last week but it was a doosy week. And now im rested and ready to write. Maybe i should actually work on my stories. Nah ill countinue here with you. Wow well what can i say these past two weeks have crazy but thier over with and now i can tell you how they went. Well ill just tell you of this week. Well for starters i want to tell you all to go to Itunes and type in Wes Anderson, find his film page and i want you to download the new short. Its an "add on" to a new movie he has finished called The Darjeeling Limited. Its about three brothers going to India after thier father pasted away. Thats pretty much the gist of it, you can go on to IMDB and look it up for yourself. But its Wes Anderson so its going to be awsome, on a side note not long ago i was bidding on a script of The Royal Tenebaums but i lost it. Oh speaking of bidding i totally won a bid on a movie called 3 Dev Adam. I know its awsome to hear that. Envy me like there is no tomorrow. If you dont know what 3 dev Adam is about well then let me tell you. The movie takes place in Istambaul in the 70's. There is a crime spree all across the town and the cops dont know how to handle, so they call in outside help. If i was a cop and i needed help from outsiders i would want to call in the most hardcore, badass, punch first ask later kind of guys, and thats what they do. So who did they call, might you ask (cus your dying to know unless you went to IMDB) well from the United States they call in Captin America (played by Aytekin Akkaya) and from the south, the man, the legend, the platinum phenom El Santo (as played by Yavuz Selekman), personaly i think they could have done with out Cap but i think we need more moives that show how America and Mexico can help each other out. Oh and who might be this evil lord behind the most horrendous crimes in all of Turkey, well none other then friendly neighborhood Spiderman (ill wait for you to collect yourself). Yeah i totally fell over when i heard about this movie. I was floored to here Cap America (oh will be talking about his new outfit in a bit) was fighting Spiderman which turned out to be evil, but to have El Santo. Well i think i just peed a little. If you grew up in the dirty dirty south then you know why i cant stop talking about it. And itll be kinda like the time i bought Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter (yes i know what i wrote). Man i tired from just thinking about it. Oh so lets talk a bit about Captin America for a little bit. so as most of you know and have heard Captin America is in the ground with a bullet size hole in his head, but as we al know or should know, nothign stays in the ground too long in the comic world. Its just not ecomonicly sane to keep it that way. So now Marvel is shocking the comic world with this http://www.newsarama.com/marvelnew/CapAmerica/newdesign.html thats right your seeing right. Thats Captin America, thanks to Chris for showing me. I dont know what to think and id love to hear what you think. Oh and no its not the Steve Rogers Captin America he really is pasted on. I think the big think will be the gun. For the better part of his life Cap has never used anything other then his shield to help protect this great country, but now i guess they saw fit to han Cap a 9mm pop a cap into some baddies ass. And i think they also gave him a buck knife. Well im all for change, but the only thing im not to sure on how thier going to do is about his past. See Cap always had to deal with a different America since he came from WW2 and was frozen and then was broken out in the present time. But no word on who this new guy is, but one things for sure this will prob suck. Oh so lets get back to Wes Anderson, If you havent seen his moives, Bottle Rocket (1996), Rushmore (1998), The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), or The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004), then do yourself a favor and rent them. What ive come to notice in the majority of his movies is that he has a Dad theme going with the last two movies and this one comming out. I really dont know how the dad was in the new movie but in the other 2 the dads were assholes. I guess he hates his dad. I know we all have probelms with are dads but i dont think i could ever come to terms and hate him. Hes just been to good to me and i have to repay him some how. I love Andersons backgrounds. I love his dialog and i think hes a gret writer, but i lose myself in his "background". He did it on Royal and Aquatic alot. Showing the life and past of the people in his movies. I find that so grounding. These people arent instances in are lives, sure they come into are hearts for howeverlong the movie is but is you give them pasts, heartachs, and reason, then they become a part of you. Ive met people who think that the story should be the only thin on the screen, the main story and thats it. Well then how do you ever connect with that story if you cant connect with whos having to live that story. I love that style and i try to write in that style. So please download that free short off of Itunes, and please dont make a big deal about Portman takeing off her clothes. There are 2 troubled and pained people in that hotel room. She did something and he cant get pasted it. I cant get past Anderson. Well there it was this weeks BCB (Blue Cup Blog) and i guess we should get to the fun stuff and lighter part of life. The Top 5

5) It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Seasons 1&2 Dvd:
If your not watching this show then your not watching comedy at its prime. These guys are great at what they do. I wish i could live like them all the time. http://www.amazon.com/Its-Always-Sunny-Philadelphia-Seasons/dp/B000RW3VDE

4) Jasper Fforde
A good writer that you should check into. http://www.jasperfforde.com/index2.html

3) Across the Universe
Ive been telling everyone and thier moms how good this movie is and ill just tell you to go watch it. I would have talked about it in the post but its alot to say sooo ill just say to go watch it.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=AKPIFbCPifE

2) Stealing Music
I dont even have to explane that one

1) Black Google
So apparently colors adds to your watt usage i didnt know this but this google is pretty sweet. Why you may ask, well there this one button next to image Ghack, well click it and click the mp3 button under the serach bar and type the name of a song and itll show you websites where you can donwload that song for FREE try it out. http://gblack.02d.pl/

Todays recommendation comes from Mellisa Fuentes and she has to say "Dont feed mice to snakes cus thier too small". And here id like to shout out to Loki and Thor who are trying to have a litter of snakes (or whatever a bunch of snakes are called) i hope you get it on and have ome kids so i can have one. Peace and love to you all. Berto B

Space, the second to last frontier

Well here it is the first ever blog post for Mr. Berto B himself. Ive got my writing shirt on (yes i have a writin shirt) my roommates with his girlfriend (i think) and ive got The Biv playin in the background. So this thing that i call a blog will be updated weekly. Im not the kind of guy that could keep this up everyday since im not that interesting enough to have something new to say everyday. So ill talk about the BIG items of the week past. Today will be a little short seeing how i want to see its greeted into the lives of the millions of people out there. Well I guess ill get into it since we arent gettin any younger. Saturday (ill work my way backward throught the week) was a good day since i got to go to a concert with my new good friend Sydne (thats not how she spells it) and a new friend Lauren. All in all both guys reminded me of Keane. Im thinking its because of the keyboard but who am i to judge music. I feel that a music critic is such a hard and unnecessary job. Really im going to listen to what i like and if someone doesnt like it, well then SOD OFF. Now movies thats another thing we need movie critics. Im kidding im not as hard on movie critics seeing how ive lived my life infront of a theater screen. Back in high school i was such a closed off kid that i wouldnt party or go do what regular kid should do (sex, drugs and rock & roll) no i was at home watching Amelie. Which brings me to my next point of the blog (i only have three tonight). I'm finally reunited with AMELIE. For those of you who dont know what im talking about, Amelie is a french movie that was just ter magnific. I would have to say that it is in my top 10, and thats saying alot for me. Anyway if you havent ever heard of this movie, then dont deprive yourself of a well made movie.

"Amelie grows up lonely and alone, a waitress in a corner bistro, until one day the death of Princess Diana changes everything. Yes, the shock of the news causes Amelie to drop a bottle cap, which jars loose a stone in the wall of her flat, which leads her to discover a rusty old box in which a long-ago boy hoarded his treasures. And in tracking down the man who was that boy, and returning his box, Amelie finds her life's work: She will make people happy. But not in any old way. So, she will amuse herself (and us) by devising the most extraordinary stratagems for bringing about their happiness." Roger Ebert

All in all a great movie. Ok so about the reuniting, a while back i was going out with this one girl and i was so in love. I thought she was the one, as you can tell by the past tense it didnt work out. So while we were still going out i ended up giveing her my only copy of Amelie and wnd then i never got it back. So here's my pearl of wisdom: Guys if you love a girl dont give her anything that you really love. Get her new stuff, your old diry stuff is better left in you room. Well since were on the topic of movie, and will prob end up on the topic of movies almost every suday, I want to bring to light the title of this blog and why its called the way it is. The Blue Cup is a made up movie making company made up of myself and my best freind Chris made up. mind you it wa one of many companies, but this one three word phrase was for a artsy fartsy movies. We were getting tired of movies that had something to say. A running joke we use to say was that "This blus cup means the trouble and pain the people felt post WW1" And I tried my hand at writing a film that could convey a meaning through simple objects. Its hard. It really is hard. But i still think its silly. Why cant you just say what you mean and mean what you say.
Im still in the later camp of thought. Im not the kind of person whos enlightened all the time. So ill stick to what i know and that is when a blue cup is a blue cup on the table, then ill use it to have a glass of water.
